Not abuse our services, such as exceeding API rate limits or overloading our servers.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content, trademarks, and software on our site are owned by Image Metadata Pro or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of images and metadata you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store it as necessary to provide our services.
API: Use of our API is subject to the documentation and rate limits outlined in our API Documentation.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use our services to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
Interfere with the operation of our services, such as through denial-of-service attacks.

Termination
